Seal with a Hat

Wow. Check out this seal with a top hat. Legend has it, that he was once an evil salesman, who cheated everyone to make a profit. He even went as far as to cheating a wizard out of some running shoes... Which is why he is now a seal. But, at least he's happy about it.

Drawn with pen/pencil and colored in photoshop with a broken mouse. What I wouldn't give for a tablet... Thanks to ~FreezingRayne and =SilverWolve for their tutorials. I was pretty stuck on how to color the rock/ocean... Because backgrounds are my arch nemesis. >.>'
